Terms of service

The short version: use the site in good faith, don't abuse it, and know that early-access programs and site content come without warranties.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of darcstar.tech, operated by DarcStar Technologies from the United States. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

Use the site only in lawful ways. Don't attempt to breach its security, probe or overload it, submit spam or malicious content through its forms, misrepresent who you are, or scrape it at abusive volume. We may block traffic that does.

Accounts

Keep the information on your account accurate and your credentials to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your sign-in. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other people at risk. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Waitlist & early access

Joining the waitlist expresses interest — it doesn't guarantee access, a timeline, or any particular features. Early-access programs may change or end, and anything we share through them may be pre-release and imperfect.

Content & ownership

The site's content — text, graphics, the DarcStar name and marks — belongs to DarcStar Technologies or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference; don't republish it as your own or use our marks without permission. Published research may carry its own license or venue terms, which take precedence for that work.

Third-party services

The site links to third-party services (like GitHub) and relies on third-party infrastructure. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content or conduct.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content is for general information — it isn't engineering, legal, or investment advice, and it may change or contain errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DarcStar Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us to use the site — which, today, is nothing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
